Flat rates vs Hourly rates
 
We bill by the hour for all our services.   What that means to you is that you will be billed a fair and reasonable hourly rate for your web site.  Consequently, you will not be overcharged.
 
Flat rates lend themselves well to "cookie cutter", template type designs.  Tailored, custom made web sites require planning and construction skills which don't fit well into a flat rate mold without including a large "fudge factor".  Since most of our work is customized, tailor made designs, we bill a fair hourly rate.
 
Our fee schedule is not yet published.  Generally speaking, however, most of our services are about $65/hour except for emergency services which are $100/hour. 
 
If you're looking for a ballpark figure for a new website... Let's say your website will have a home page, a services page, an appointment scheduling page, a smile gallery, and an about page....5 pages.  Based on our experience, we'll estimate our time to be 32 hours.  32 X $65 = $2080.   We'll base your contract on this figure but we bill you only for the actual time.  It could only be $1500 but it could be $2500....its all based on the time it takes to make your site with the specifications you require.
