Flat rates vs Hourly rates
 
I charge by the hour for all my services.   What that means to you is that you will be billed a fair and reasonable hourly rate for your web site.  Consequently, you will not be overcharged. Flat rates lend themselves well to "cookie cutter", template type designs.  Tailored, custom made web sites require planning and construction skills which don't fit well into a flat rate mold without including a large "fudge factor".  Since most of my work is customized, tailor made designs, I bill a fair hourly rate.
